Know All Men by These Presents
That ~
The Membershhip of This Ministry
known as: 1Living
Waters Evangelical Christian Ministries - holds
firm and with unwavering resolve the following
convictions:
We Believe- that The Bible is
God's Holy Word; Verbally and fully inspired in
the original text, and that it is The supreme
authority in all matters of faith and moral
conduct.
We Believe- that there is One
GOD, eternally existent in three persons: Father,
Son, and Holy Spirit.
We Believe- in God the Father,
perfect in holiness, infinite in wisdom,
measureless in power.
We Believe- that He concerns
Himself mercifully in the affairs of men, that He
hears and answers prayer, and that He saves from
sin and spiritual death all who come to Him
through Christ.
We Believe- in Jesus Christ the
Divine, the Eternal, and the Only Begotten Son of
GOD.
We Believe- that in His earthly
life He was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of
the virgin and lived a sinless life.
We Believe- in His vicarious and
atoning death for the sins of the World took
place as recorded in the Gospels.
We Believe- in His bodily
resurrection from the dead; His ascension to the
right hand of the Father to make intercession for
the saints, and in His personal, visible,
imminent return to the World in power and glory.
We Believe- in the Holy Spirit,
in His personality and deity, that He was sent
forth from the Father to convince the World of
sin, of righteousness and of judgment.
We Believe- that He is come to
regenerate, indwell, sanctify, instruct and
comfort the saints.
We Believe- that all men are
sinners: Both by nature and by choice, destitute
of all power to save themselves.
We believe- therefore, that the
only means of salvation of sinful men is the
regenerating work of the Holy Spirit on the basis
of the atoning work of Christ through personal
faith in Christ.
We Believe- in the resurrection
of both the saved and the lost: they that are
saved unto the resurrection of life and they that
are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
We believe- that for the
salvation of lost and sinful people, regeneration
by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
We Believe- in The Church; the
living spiritual body of which Jesus Christ is
the Head and of which all regenerated persons are
members.
We Believe- that for our local
church to be effective, it must steadfastly
remain faithful to the content of unchanging
Biblical Doctrine.
We believe- that our mission is
to educate, without judging, those who are
willing and obedient, in the faith of The Church
so that they can be trained to go out into their
culture as effective missionaries.
We Believe- that the Lord laid
upon The Church the task of persuading a lost and
sinful World to accept Jesus Christ as Savior and
to enthrone Him as Lord and Master in their
lives.
We believe- that God's saving
grace is ultimately irresistible and that God
does soften even the hardest heart and save the
worst of sinners according to His will.
We Believe- that all Christians
are ordained by the Holy Spirit to spread the
Gospel of Christ. We Believe- that a Web-based
Church on the Internet is an effective tool in
the spreading of His Word; And that it provides
an acceptable medium for a company of believers
in Jesus Christ to associate for worship, work,
fellowship, and ministry to one another and
others.
We Believe- in all gifts of the
Holy Spirit and. that it is the primary duty of
all Christians, to serve as evangelists and to
minister to others- according to the gifts they
have received of the Holy Spirit.
We Believe- that the Love of Our
Lord Jesus Christ is the greatest gift of God the
Father and His Holy Spirit, and should be the
primary message of the Christian Church, taking
precedence over all differences, whether they be
theological, denominational, ideological, or
physical in nature.
